Do I need to have done rehab to join?

Not necessarily. SoberScience is built for people post rehab, but we also work with people ready to change without formal treatment. We will always be honest about whether a higher level of clinical care is the right first step.

Is this therapy or counselling?

The programme includes sessions with a registered counsellor, but SoberScience is a post rehab integration and behaviour change programme, not a clinical treatment service. If you need psychiatric or emergency care, we will refer you to the right people.

Question 3

How long does the programme take?

Several months, depending on your package and pace. We do not rush work that needs time. After the structured programme, ongoing lighter support continues for as long as it is useful.

Can I change packages as I go?

Yes, and we actively review your support level throughout. Need more, we step you up. Stable and building independence, we step you down. Right support at the right time, not the same level forever.

What if I have a setback?

We do not walk away. Setbacks are part of what this programme is built to respond to. We have a clear protocol, structure and support, not judgment.
